Lia allows you to easily purchase a wide range of products including gifts, flowers, and perfumes. During checkout, you can choose whether the order is for yourself or as a gift. If marked as a gift, we will deliver it directly to the recipient instead of you.

2. Orders and Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and shipped to the address you provided.

If the order is a gift, please ensure the recipient’s address is accurate.

Delivery times may vary depending on the city or recipient’s location.

3. Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders can only be canceled before the shipping process begins.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving it.

Products that have been used or opened (such as perfumes or fresh flowers) cannot be returned or exchanged.
